Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Transfer from Kampala/Entebbe to Queen Elizabeth National Park
After an early breakfast, meet your safari guide and set off for Queen Elizabeth NP. Drive through the equator line at Kayabwe for a photo stop and continue through scenic landscapes, tea plantations, and traditional homesteads. Arrive in the park in the afternoon and enjoy a game drive en route to your lodge.
Journey time: 6–7 hours
Accommodation: Budget, Midrange, or Luxury lodge inside/near the park
Day 2: Game Drive & Kazinga Channel Boat Cruise
Start the day with a morning game drive in Kasenyi Plains, where you’ll encounter lions, elephants, leopards (if lucky), buffaloes, Uganda kobs, and warthogs. Return to the lodge for breakfast and relaxation. In the afternoon, take a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, famous for its high concentration of hippos, Nile crocodiles, elephants, and numerous bird species such as the African fish eagle and kingfishers. Evening leisure at the lodge.

Day 3: Morning Game Drive – Return to Kampala/Entebbe
After breakfast, enjoy another short game drive or visit the Katwe Salt Lake to learn about traditional salt mining. Then, begin your return journey to Kampala/Entebbe with a stopover for lunch en route. Drop-off at your hotel or Entebbe International Airport for departure.
